CLI Agents 0.2.4 — agents keep working in section chats

• Fix "The workspace changed" rejecting the second message of a chat started in a project section (for example from Projects & Sections) or moved to another folder. The agent is picked before the chat has a workspace, so the selection recorded the project checkout; CLI Agents now follows the chat's real folder in the same project and machine and rebinds the agent there.
• When the agent does not exist in the chat's folder, the rejection names the folder instead of a generic workspace error.
