OpenSwarm v1.0.1-rc.10 updates the bundled terminal experience to AgentSwarm CLI 1.4.40. It adds Agent Builder Plan, Build, and Run modes through /agents; opens Build with the real startup error when a detected agency fails to import or start; opens Connect when no agencies are discovered; and shows clearer startup, model, swarm/agent, handoff, usage, and cost status.

OpenSwarm also adds live Slides previews, fixes OpenRouter-backed Slides generation, defaults OpenAI/Codex agents to gpt-5.4, removes the stale Python onboarding wizard, preserves telemetry opt-out, and adds validated GitHub marketplace/fork attribution to AgentSwarm telemetry.
