Added support for text files from AWS SDK client

Supports text files putObject() from AWS SDK client

This is the first implementation AWS S3 Emulator for testing purpose

This version doesn't support "Virtual hosting of buckets" (https://s3.region-code.amazonaws.com/bucket-name/key-name) https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/VirtualHosting.html

This version supports only "Path-style requests" (https://s3.region-code.amazonaws.com/bucket-name/key-name)

Covered only basic operations https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/34667119/2sA3Qs9rxS or you can find collections inside.

Implemented signature check by checking access key
