Play Team Fortress 2 inside Minecraft.

Download the zip for your system, unzip it, and follow the install guide inside:

  • Windows: FortCraft-Windows-2026-10-11.zip, then run START-HERE.cmd (see INSTALL-WINDOWS.md)
  • Linux: FortCraft-Linux-2026-10-11.zip, then run setup.sh (see INSTALL-LINUX.md)

You need your own copies of Minecraft Java Edition and Team Fortress 2 (free on Steam). No game files are included.

New in 0.5.1

  • Minecraft item key: in the backpack, right-click a Minecraft item and choose "Put on key 4" (Engineer and Spy: key 6). Pressing the key takes that item out (food, blocks, tools, potions...); running out returns to your last weapon. Saved per class.
  • Instant loadout: loadout changes apply right away, without dying or switching class.
  • Guns break blocks: shotguns and the sniper rifle take 10 shots, other guns 15, miniguns 20. Cracks reset after 30 s. Explosives are unchanged.
  • Robots: Spy robots backstab you from behind, and robots and raids hit at full damage.
  • Upgrades: you can refund during raid waves, and upgrades cost $100-200 more.
  • Wave panel: TF2's team bar and the empty timer box no longer cover it during raids.
