FastFileViewer v1.26.0820

This release adds local video and audio playback with subtitle support, along with improvements to viewer themes and interactions.

Highlights

Added support for common video and audio formats with play, pause, seeking, volume, fullscreen, and keyboard controls.
Added media browsing for regular folders and ZIP, TAR, TGZ, and TAR.GZ archives.
Automatically matches VTT, SRT, ASS, SSA, SMI, and text-based SUB subtitles located beside the media file.
Added separate media and subtitle format settings for controlling folder and archive scanning.
Added GB18030 decoding for documents and subtitles while retaining automatic Big5 and Shift-JIS detection.
Fixed code themes such as GitHub Dark not applying the matching background color.
Removed the translucent hover overlay from video playback and replaced it with a custom control bar.
Improved media range responses, extracted archive cleanup, format filtering, and subtitle conversion validation.
