Auxiliary switches moved to machine settings

The list of auxiliary switches (milk frothing, hot water dispensing, espresso shot) is now configured once in Machine Settings and the initial setup wizard. No longer re-entered per recipe step.

Recipe step UI redesigned

The Step type selector (Drink / Switch) has been removed. Every step form now shows:

• Drink dropdown with a None option to skip the drink action
• Double portion toggle
• Switch x count - one number field per configured auxiliary switch (0 = skip, 1-10 = repeat N times)

Steps can combine drink and switch actions in a single submission.

Per-switch repeat count

Each auxiliary switch can now be run multiple times per step (milk frothing x 2), with full fault monitoring per run.

New YAML format: switch_counts

Legacy switch: and switches: formats remain fully supported.
