Routescan v2 scanner. Adds the keyless Etherscan-compatible Routescan API
for the live-verified Ethereum, Avalanche C-Chain and Plasma networks, with
optional ROUTESCAN_KEY / ROUTESCAN_API_KEY header authentication. Routescan
is rate-limited at one request per second by default (the keyless plan allows
two). Its measured caps are a 10,000-record result window, as on Etherscan,
and a 5,000-record page.
Fixed
An Etherscan scan timeout is split, not fatal. A getLogs range too wide for
Etherscan to scan in ~30s is refused with status 0 "Query Timeout occured. Please select
a smaller result dataset", whatever the record count. It surfaced as a generic ChainscanClientApiError and ended get_all_logs/iter_logs on the first window. It is
now a ChainscanResultWindowExceededError, the refusal the guarantee engine already
narrows on. Code catching ChainscanClientApiError for this text must catch the new type:
it is a ChainscanClientError, not an API error. The refusal takes ~30s to arrive, so
it only reaches the engine when the client timeout exceeds it. The default 10s aborts
first and fails with ChainscanNetworkError.
