Release list
v1.0.0
The first public release. A welcome screen that sets up a new library and connects a model, OpenRouter in one press; an assistant that looks things up before it answers, reads whole documents in your library and turns a complaint into a bug report you check and send; typed answers in four more formats, questions that can carry a photograph, flashcard decks that study in their own review session and keep to a schedule, a screen for the day you finish a course, a local activity log, an app icon you choose, and a desktop app that behaves like one: an icon in the notification area on Windows, no console window, start when you sign in, and a library you can keep on whichever disk has room. Database: adds the activity log's table, which an earlier version ignores, so going back is safe.
Desktop app, nothing to install: download the zip for your system
below (win32-x64 for Windows, darwin-arm64 for a Mac with Apple
Silicon, linux-x64 for Linux), unpack it anywhere, and start
Terramentor.exe, Terramentor.app (right-click → Open the first
time) or ./terramentor.sh. Your library lives in your user data
folder, so updating is unpacking the next zip and deleting the old
folder. Details: docs/DESKTOP.md.
Docker:
curl -O https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ValeraZSD/terramentor/v1.0.0/docker-compose.yml
docker compose up -d # then open http://127.0.0.1:3001
docker compose pull && docker compose up -d # to updateFrom a git checkout: git pull && npm install && npm run build.
None of these touches your library. When a new version has to change
the database, the app copies the file first, next to the original.
