ValidTrust Guild is an open-source organisation building smart contract protocols, developer tooling, and Web3 interfaces on the Stellar network using Soroban.
We are a community of developers, researchers, and contributors working together to make decentralised finance more accessible, composable, and transparent — starting with the Stellar ecosystem.
Our mission is to design and maintain production-grade, auditable smart contract infrastructure that developers can build on with confidence.
We believe that open-source, community-maintained protocols are the foundation of a trustworthy Web3 ecosystem. Everything we build is open, documented, and contributor-friendly by default.
ValidTrust Guild maintains a suite of interconnected repositories that together form a complete protocol stack:
| Layer | Description |
|---|---|
| Protocol | Soroban smart contracts — vault, reward distribution, and governance logic written in Rust |
| SDK | A TypeScript developer toolkit for integrating with ValidTrust contracts from any JS/TS application |
| Dashboard | A Next.js web interface for end users to interact with the protocol directly via their Stellar wallet |
| Documentation | Architecture guides, contract specifications, and contribution resources |
Our stack spans the full development lifecycle, from low-level smart contract development to user-facing web applications:
Smart Contracts
- Rust · WebAssembly (WASM) · Soroban SDK · Stellar network
SDK & Tooling
- TypeScript · Node.js · Jest · Prettier · ESLint
Frontend
- Next.js · React · Tailwind CSS · Freighter Wallet API

ValidTrust Guild is an open-source community and we welcome contributions at every level — from first-time open-source contributors to experienced Soroban developers.
