No change to the application

This release is documentation and release process only — the release history moved into
CHANGELOG.md, the Linux
distro test matrix was completed (six distros, glibc 2.31 to 2.44, system ICU 66 to 78, all
passing), and the release checklist now requires a changelog entry with every version bump.

The binaries are identical to v1.2.2 apart from the version stamp, so there is no reason to
upgrade from v1.2.2 unless you want the version numbers to match.

macOS

The macOS .zip contains an unsigned PCEdit.app. On first launch, right-click the
app and choose Open (or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine PCEdit.app).
