Add the PCEdit wiki Two lanes off the Home page: a user lane (install, save locations, quick start, one page per editor feature, languages, FAQ/troubleshooting) and a development lane (architecture, the save-file format and library, app core, desktop UI, localization, item catalog, testing, packaging, contributing, releasing, supporting a new game version). _Sidebar.md carries the same structure into every page.
