1.2.1.3 - Improve Viiper device attachment reliability
What's Changed
- Configure USBIP endpoints dynamically, verify PnP enumeration after attachment, and remove failed devices. Also add virtual-controller failure notifications and asynchronous controller transitions.
- Replace the HandheldCompanion VIIPER DLL and remove the obsolete root-level DLL and generated header.
