NieR:Automata - Page fault on read access (524220)

Had been playing for nearly an hour, when NieR suddenly crashed.

CPU: FX-6100
GPU: GTX 970
GPU Driver: 396.54

This time, the music stopped playing abruptly, which I thought was odd, then a few seconds later frames dropped and it crashed.
