Symptoms

The benchmark tool opens a black window for a short duration then immediately crashes. Others have succeeded with this app using proton on protondb. I tried first on Gentoo, however it didn't work. Then I switched to Ubuntu, a more mainstream distrio. It still didn't work. I wonder what's the cause?

Symptoms

Game Runs out of memory when doing shader compilation

Reproduction

1. Use latest mesa git not nvidia proprietary driver
2. Launch Black Myth: Wukong Benchmark Tool
3. Try and load the shader cache
4. See it run out of memory

I re-tested with a AMD RX 6750 XT, no issues. Multiple passes.
