using the new "limit charge option" , the indicator LED should become green when it reaches the max treshold

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

using the new option to limit charge on steam deck , for example setting it to 90%, the led indicator doesn't take that change into account. even when the battery is fully charged (90%) the led remains white instead of green, which is confusing and requires manual checking all the time

It would make sense that the green light gets a dynamic function, where green indicates system-user defined "max" , be it 80, 90 or 100%

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. enable battery limit and set it to any value other than 100
2. charge the device
3. notice the led never becomes green

I'd be comforted to at least know if this is just a visual issue, and all the battery preserving magic is still working properly when it hits the charge limit.

Edit: I suppose that's an obvious 'yes' since the battery doesn't charge beyond the limit

I'm not sure what the status of this issue is on LCD Deck, but this issue was mentioned as being fixed in the latest OLED Deck BIOS release notes on the SteamOS Preview channel: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1675200/view/532126482488623649?l=english
