Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When I set my display scaling to something below 100% such as 75% or 50%, then many of my apps are broken.
I can't resize or maximize them. When they do maximize, they only maximize to like a quarter or half of the monitor. When you move one of these apps from one monitor (100% scaling) to a different monitor (below 100% scaling), then the window becomes smaller also. So if you move it back and forth the between the two windows multiple times, then it just becomes smaller and smaller the whole time.
It doesn't happen with all apps, but many of them. All of the KDE Apps are working fine, but quite a few apps are broken.

This appears to be a known coordinate calculation bug in KWin (Wayland) when dealing with sub-100% scale factors. In Wayland, the compositor handles the geometry differently than X11; when scaling below 1.0 (e.g., 0.75 or 0.8), the math for window constraints often hits rounding errors that break maximization and tiling logic.
Please can Valve look into this and fix it 🙏🏻
