Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When enabling Night Mode Scheduling or Night Mode (Until Morning), the display remains unchanged, even when adjusting the intensity using the sliders.
Before it stopped working completely, I noticed that when it tried to activate through the schedule (the way I had been using it on version 3.8.6), the entire screen turned red. I then disabled it, and after enabling it again, it no longer worked.
I also noticed that the "Enable Night Mode (until morning)" option stutters a bit when activated; the transition is not smooth.
Expected behavior: Night Mode should function correctly, along with its other options, and tint the screen with an amber color.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Enable the "Use experimental SteamRT3 Steam Client" option under System → Beta Participation.
- Try using Night Mode.
