CreateSymbolicLinkA/W support

Hi,

Wine 10.20 introduced support for CreateSymbolicLinkA/W recently. Do you guys intend to do it here as well? I tried implementing it by looking at the implementation of Wine but it quickly got out of hand.

If it affects specific games, you should post a comment in the Proton project, explaining that it fails due to the missing implementation, linking the WineHQ bug report. Valve can then (and probably will) backport the patch. Otherwise you'll have to wait until somewhere in 2026 when Proton will the rebased to current wine which will then naturally include the fix.
