fix(favicon): wire manifest and icon assets

Summary

• move the web manifest to public with AgentBridge names and Android chrome icon entries
• wire layout metadata to the manifest, 16/32 favicons, apple touch icon, and app icon
• sync App Router icon/apple-icon PNGs from the transparent generated public assets and allow public icon/manifest paths through middleware

• node JSON parse/assertion for apps/web/public/site.webmanifest
• corepack pnpm --filter @agentbridge/web exec eslint app/layout.tsx middleware.ts
• git diff --check
