Display Dimmer 2.2.8 adds Pro screen-temperature controls, with approximate Kelvin readouts and a neutral setting for each display.

  • Schedules, app rules, and hotkeys can now adjust temperature as well as brightness.
  • Free users can try temperature control for 30 minutes before upgrading.
  • Contrast and temperature sliders can now be hidden from the main window.
  • Pro can now be purchased in your browser and restored with the license key from your receipt.

  • Fixed a software dimming issue that could cause brightness to jump on some displays.
  • Refined contrast, reduced unnecessary low-brightness warnings, improved tray opening, and polished Settings.
