docs: resolve improvements backlog merge conflict

Value

This publishes the resolved improvements.md merge-conflict cleanup so the canonical gitops checkout can pull cleanly again.

The diff is intentionally limited to the improvements backlog note. No Superset setup scripts or workspace config are included.

Evidence of value

• The branch diff contains only improvements.md.
• Conflict markers are absent from improvements.md.
• The surviving rollback backlog note was checked against the current rollback/snapshot implementation before keeping it.

Testing plan

• git diff --check origin/main..HEAD
• grep -n '<<<<<<<\\|=======\\|>>>>>>>' improvements.md returned no matches.
• Confirmed git diff --name-only origin/main..HEAD returns only improvements.md.
