Weaver travel is blocked during combat and for 20 seconds afterward. This includes NPC, graph and admin teleports. Normal portals are unchanged.

Blocked trips do not use the warp cooldown. Teleport actions follow False when blocked.

Install the same build on the server and every client. Keep your BepInEx/config/VariantWeaver folder.
