  • Optimistic Fetching: Lyrics no longer block or take forever to load! We now load lyrics instantly the millisecond you tap a track.
  • Corrective Background Sync: Once the precise track duration is calculated, a background process verifies the lyrics to guarantee 100% perfect timing and sync accuracy. No more out-of-sync lyrics on alternate track versions!
• Pure Artist Pages 🧑‍🎤
  • Completely overhauled how albums and songs are filtered on the Artist Page, Home Screen, and Search.
  • We now use strict uploader matching to purge generic compilations (e.g., random "K-Pop" albums) from artist profiles. You will only see the artist's official discography.
• Redesigned History & Notifications 🔔
  • Upgraded custom fluid morphing animations for the Notification and History popups.

• Fixed Lyrics State Loss: Lyrics no longer arbitrarily reload or lose state when minimizing the app, switching styles, or returning from the background.
• Fixed UI Overlaps: Resolved a rendering bug where options in the 3-dot menu and Profile Tab were squashed and overlapping like a deck of cards.
• Backend Stability: Fixed a severe RecursionError crash in the Python backend /active charts system.

• Smart Folder Routing: Fixed a massive issue where tapping on Albums, Playlists, or Charts on the home screen would instantly play music instead of opening them. They now correctly open as beautifully structured folders to view their contents before playing.
• Background Sync Perfection: Spotify background syncing has been supercharged. When the app is minimized, it now uses smart expedited caching to resume your syncs perfectly without getting stuck or dropping data.
• General Squashed Bugs: Addressed multiple under-the-hood crashes (including the instant-scroll crash in search) and improved overall app stability and performance.

• Lyrics Synchronization Fix: Fixed a bug where lyrics and the timeline would flash 00:00 or get stuck when rapidly skipping tracks. Everything now resets instantly and perfectly syncs with the next song.

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

100% Perfect Lyrics Sync: Completely rewrote the lyrics fetching engine. It now matches songs by their exact duration, filtering out YouTube noise to guarantee perfectly synced lyrics every time.

Lyrics Animation: Brought back the clean, beautiful lyric animations from v1.0.0, but now perfectly synced to the music (even for instrumental sections!).

Tabs Pill Animation: Refined and improved the tab pill sliding animation for a much smoother, premium feel.

History Tracking Fix: Resolved an issue where the app would log the wrong track or duplicate tracks in your listening history.

Navigation Bar Fix: Fixed an issue for users with 3-button navigation bars where buttons would transparently overlap the UI and cause accidental clicks.

Spotify Integration: Updated the Profile tab with the authentic, official Spotify vector logo.
