Renaming a project file in the project browser does not change the open tab's name

Bug Description:
Renaming a project file in the project browser does not change the open tab's name.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open a project in the project browser
2. Open a file from that project
3. Switch back to the project browser
4. Rename that file
5. Observe that the tab name continues to have the old file name until it is closed and reopened

Expected Behavior:
The tab name should reflect the new name of the project file that is open.
