Settings Resource dropdown only shows one copy of file

Bug Description:
I opened multiple copies of the same exact file because I wanted to load them with different load options to compare, but when I opened Settings to see their options, the Resource dropdown only has one copy of the file and I cannot see the Settings for any of the other copies.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open a file
2. New Tab
3. Open that file again
4. Open settings
5. Click Resources dropdown
6. Observe only 1 copy of the file in the dropdown

Expected Behavior:
I expected to see a dropdown entry for each copy I have open. Even better would be if the tabs were numbered or differentiated somehow and that was reflected in the dropdown entries (eg by putting the tab number in the dropdown menu)

As a work-around, you can use Cmd + . from the tab of each binary view to see each of the options. Can probably use separate windows as well.
