hgit-native 1.9.0 — storage and incremental exchange

First release with built binaries. A native Go port of hgit: no VM, no TempleOS, no QEMU — a normal executable for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Objects stored once instead of duplicated on every commit, a tolerant reader for an interrupted (torn-tail) write, explicit compact, and the .hgb/.hgh portable incremental exchange bundle format. contract/ is pinned to hgit v1.9.0; see its campaign report for measured before/after and test evidence.

Limitations, honestly: these binaries are cross-compiled and confirmed to build cleanly and run (Linux binary smoke-tested directly; Windows/macOS confirmed as valid executables for their platform, not run on real hardware — no CI matrix behind this release yet). go test ./... passes locally (310 tests) against the pinned contract's golden fixtures.
