This is a fix for a vulnerability, Project and team nodes have already been updated.
Many other fixes that were already committed recently to the master branch are included in this release so you will find many fixes in it.
Honest nodes will see no effective consensus change, but will gain protection against a potential attack.
This release is therefore a mandatory upgrade.
