feat: v1.1.0 - Annotate PDF, icon update, clean UI strings

- Add full Annotate PDF feature (highlight, sticky note, rectangle, free-draw)
  - annotate.js: standalone module with SVG overlay, drag-able sticky notes,
    and pdf-lib burn-in on export
  - Sidebar nav, dashboard card, config template all wired in
  - Integrated into app.js VISUAL group, TOOL_ACTIONS, renderAnnotateWorkspace()

- UI cleanup (remove marketing labels):
  - Removed '100% Client-Side' badge from sidebar brand
  - Removed 'Private Sandbox Active' status indicator from header
  - Removed 'Local execution. No servers.' security toast from sidebar footer

- Icon update:
  - Regenerated icon.ico (256/128/64/48/32/24/16px multi-size) from icon.png
  - Updated host/icon.ico to match
  - main.js now uses platform-specific icon (ico for Windows, png for Linux/macOS)
  - annotate.js, icon.svg added to package.json files array

- GitHub Actions workflow:
  - Updated release to v1.1.0 with descriptive release notes
  - 4 platform installers: Windows (NSIS + Portable), Linux (AppImage), macOS (DMG), Android (APK)

- Version bump: 1.0.0 → 1.1.0
