Bug fixes

• Fixed cursor position feature not going to correct line
• Fixed null.json file creation bug by updating TabManager currentBranch state in extension.js
• Fixed bugged pinned tabs feature as part of handleBranchChange
• Fixed non-text file opening via type checking on all file tabs being saved by the extension

Features and Improvements

• Optimization: Made branch switching faster by saving state of branch being switched off/away from later (i.e. prioritize closing tabs and opening new ones for the new branch being switched to)
