v5.12.3 multiple updates added

This release contains a bunch of updates:

• CyberArk Rebranding.
• Upgrade to Go 1.24.
• Improve password entropy.
• Replace golang.org/x/crypto/pkcs12 by software.sslmate.com/src/go-pkcs12.

Important

⚠️ Given the upgrade to Go 1.24, the support for RSA Keys 512 has been removed.
