OptiFine compatibility release.

  • Support OptiFine HD_U_E3 chunk visibility shape (three-shift getMaxChunkY)
  • Widen ViewFrustum.getRenderChunk overwrite for OptiFine so extended-height rendering (below Y=0, above Y=255) works with OptiFine installed

Required by Caves Not Cliffs 2.0.0.
