OpenCode VerbalChainsaw Edition v1.17.10-vc1

Stale-handoff guard: a handoff now shows its age + origin session and requires an explicit confirm before claiming, and abandoned handoffs (>7 days) auto-expire at startup. Closes the SunoSavvy stale-handoff runaway. Builds on the v1.17.9 orchestration hardening.
