OpenCode VerbalChainsaw Edition v1.17.11-vc1

Closes the remaining handoff knowns: a claimed handoff now binds to the session that claims it (was orphaned to the origin session), plus zh/zht translations for the new handoff strings. Stop wiring + the stop/pause/claim/abort surface independently verified correct. Builds on v1.17.10.
