You will also need to configure the following ports to be open:
Testnet Main Port: 13338
Validator Port: 13339 & 17294

Other ports can be found here: Config File

Faucet: This can be found on the explorer.

Once built to run application you can launch the EXE on windows or on Linux: dotnet ReserveBlockCore.dll

in the CLI you can type /help for a list of CLI commands. Also there is a full swagger api you can find at:
Swagger: http://localhost:17292/swagger

Please note Port: 17292 is the port for the API. In order to enable the api you must pass in the commands enableapi. If you want to access the API on a remote machine then you must pass enableapi openapi
