Native speech-recognition libraries for SonderKey voice typing, taken
unmodified from the sherpa-onnx 1.13.4 Android release.
sherpa-onnx is by the k2-fsa project and licensed Apache-2.0:
https://github.com/k2-fsa/sherpa-onnx
Downloaded on demand rather than bundled, so the app stays small for
anyone who does not use voice typing.
