Fixed merge conflicts with this pull request: #136
This change addresses an issue with the default location used by saml2aws for Windows users that does not match AWS documentation and AWSCLI defaults. With this change, saml2aws will now correctly match the specifications in AWS Documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-configure-files.html
