Patch release on top of v0.10.5 (commit 02629a9, 2026-04-30 18:59 UTC).
Backfills the dashboard chrome changes that were deployed to prod under
temporary image tags (0.10.5-260501-version-chip, 0.10.5-260501-docs-link-fix).

Pure dashboard chrome:
- VersionChip component (header + sidebar)
- release-version derived from Chart.yaml at build time
- Fix: API Docs link now points at docs.vexa.ai (was webapp.vexa.ai)
- Removed 'Open Source · API-first' tagline from sidebar
