New Java client library for browser automation. Communicates with the vibium binary over ndjson pipe protocol.

• 55 source files, 12 test classes
• Sync API: Vibium.start() → Browser → Page → Element
• Gradle build with native binaries bundled in the JAR

Python Client Improvements

• Structured error types (VibiumTimeoutError, ElementNotFoundError, etc.)
• Proper TypedDict classes replacing Dict[str, Any] aliases
• Re-export all public sync types from top-level vibium package
• Fix emulate_media() to use snake_case kwargs

Bug Fixes

• Use process group kill for Chrome cleanup instead of racy pgrep walk
• Fix flaky test bugs, add test-cleanup between test phases
• Rename element wire commands to vibium:element.* per BiDi spec
• Default screenshots to true for recording
• Rename storageState → storage, add setStorage/clearStorage
