  • Persistent Settings

    • Converter path, root directory, and template definitions are saved to settings.json
    • Reloaded automatically on next launch—no reconfiguration required
  • Single‑File Deployment

    • Bundled as a self‑contained, single EXE (no external .NET dependencies)
    • No trimming on WinForms components to ensure stability
  • Rich Logging

    • Real‑time debug output inside the app for every conversion step
    • Overwrites existing CSV & MIX files for clean reruns

🛠️ Prerequisites

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Maestro by SCM Group (includes XConverter.exe and its DLLs)
  • .NET 8.0 runtime (bundled in the single EXE)

🚀 Getting Started

  1. Download the single‑file EXE from the [Assets] section below.

  2. Run XCS2MIXX.exe and set:

    • Converter Path → your XConverter.exe installation
    • Root Folder → parent folder holding subfolders of .xcs files
  3. Add Templates by browsing to any .tlgx and then give it a label like the machine name (e.g. 600, x200, ect).

  4. Select your template and click RUN.

  5. Check each subfolder for newly created:

    • *.pgmx files
    • Mixx_XCS-PGMX-MIXX.csv
    • Mixx_XCS-PGMX-MIXX.mixx

🐞 Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Ensured CSV lines are always alphabetically sorted by filename
  • Overwrite logic for CSV/MIX files to prevent stale outputs
  • Improved error handling when XConverter fails to start
