Publishes the machine-readable passive onchain discovery fingerprint, same-address cross-chain probing metadata, SourceFillV6 beacon mapping, ERC-7683/ERC-165 detection metadata, CREATE2 deployment evidence, and Sourcify v2 lookup references. Verified by the full public release check and read-only RPC identity checks on Base, BSC, and HyperEVM. No contract redeployment or onchain transaction is part of this release.

OIF remains discovery-description only and requires an ecosystem adapter before execution.
