Initial Movie Recommender Release

This release includes the core functionality of the Movie Recommendation System, which utilizes collaborative filtering to suggest movies based on user preferences. The system uses a pre-trained model (similarity.pkl) to compute movie similarity and recommend movies accordingly. The similarity.pkl file, which contains the movie similarity data, is too large for direct GitHub upload and is provided through the GitHub Releases section.
