Fixed

  • A tagged release deploy now shows the release number, not HEAD-<commit>.
    Release tags are annotated, so git rev-parse v<version> returns the tag
    object rather than its commit; the 1.24.0 check compared that against HEAD's
    commit, never matched, and every deploy looked like a dev build. Dereference
    the tag with ^{commit}, ignore untracked runtime files when judging a clean
    tree, and render a detached-HEAD dev build as the bare short commit instead of
    HEAD-<commit>.
