• Bound each HTTP request to 300 seconds and connection establishment to 10 seconds by default. Set KIBANA_REQUEST_TIMEOUT and KIBANA_CONNECT_TIMEOUT to positive integer seconds, or use the library builder setters for longer operations. A timed-out remote write may already have succeeded; inspect remote state before retrying.

Fixed

• Made repeated workflow synchronization update existing definitions when Kibana returns an unreliable HEAD 404.
• Recover from workflow create conflicts only after confirming a writable workflow and successfully updating it.
• Send CLI diagnostics to stderr and remove embedded ANSI color codes from redirected logs, respecting NO_COLOR.
• Repair documentation links after the workspace layout change.

Validation

• Repository preflight passed on macOS arm64.
• Rust 1.89.0 MSRV validation passed.
• Release build passed with Rust 1.97.1.
• Published kibana-sync was verified through fresh consumers on Rust 1.89.0 and Rust 1.97.1.
