What's New

• Arduino .ino sketch support — qrun sketch.ino compiles with arduino-cli (full framework: Serial, pinMode, delay, etc.) and uploads directly
• AVR C++ — .cpp files with -avr now use avr-g++
• Fixed AVR Assembly — uses avr-gcc -x assembler-with-cpp so #include <avr/io.h> and _SFR_IO_ADDR() macros work correctly
• MCU→FQBN auto-map — -mcu atmega328p → arduino:avr:uno automatically
• sudo auto-fallback — if port permission denied, retries with sudo
