Turok VR v0.91 beta

Second public release with some fixes and new features

• Adds "Very Fast" (1.5 x fast) and "Ultra Fast" (2 x fast) settings for smooth turning
• Fixes Classic climbing after physical roomscale rotation combined with snap or smooth turning
• Removes letterbox bars in cinematics
• Detects a newly supplied turok.assets archive at startup and reinstalls the VR files before launch

Update: Copy the 4 files to the main directory and run Turok once to install it or just copy the vulkan-1.dll

This is still a v0.90 beta release, so some bugs and edge cases are expected.
