• Hovering a rule row now shows the full information its truncated cells hide: process name, the complete condition summary, and the executable path, replacing the path-only tooltip on the name.
• The runtime-log page gained an empty state: when no log line survives the current filter (fresh start before sing-box is approved, everything cleared, or a filter matching nothing), a centered hint explains where logs will come from — matching the rules-page empty-state pattern instead of a blank card.
