Spawners Configurations

  • torchWillDisableSpawn => if enabled torchs in the side or down the spawner will disable it
  • entitiesToSpawn => a list of entities that the spawner will spawn
  • spawnOnlyInGround => if enabled entities will only spawn if theres a valid platform for him to spawn
  • spawnOnlyWith2Heights => entities will only spawn if theres 2 tall blocks for him to spawn, used for spawning entities biggers than 1 block
  • droppable => drop the spawner instead of spawnerDrops
  • freezeOnAllEntitiesSpawned => when all entities is spawned the timer from the spawner will be freezed, good if your spawner needs to be slower to spawn after killing the entities (i normally use for boss spawner)
  • healthAdditional => entities spawned by this spawner will have this amount of health, 1.0 for normal health 2.0 for double the health 0.5 for half the health...
  • damageAdditional => the same as healthAdditional but with the damage
  • lightLevel... => lightLevel1 -> faster, lightLevel2 -> fast, lightLevel3 -> slow, lightLevel4 -> very slow, the number you set in the lightLevel is not the velocity is the current light level to work, for example if you set lightLevel1 to 15, this means a single torch is not enough to make the spawner slow, if you set to 0, this means the spawner will be only the fastest number if theres 0 light sources in the spawner area, if you are very confused you can enable extendedLogs to check the lightLevel of the block
  • maxSpawnedEntities => after spawning this amount of entities the spawner will stop working, will back to work after the entities die or unspawn
  • maxEntitiesSpawnAtOnce => this is the max entities that will spawn in a row even if theres free space
  • ...SpawnMaxDistance => the block distance to spawn, for example xSpawnMaxDistance = 4 xSpawnMaxDistance = 2 xSpawnMaxDistance = 4, this means the spawner will only spawn in area of 4x2x4
  • ...PlayerDistanceToSpawn => the same above but this is for check if any player in the specific area if not will not spawn, the calculation is literally the same as SpawnMaxDistance
  • maxChancesToFindAValidBlockToSpawn => when the spawner attempt to spawn any entity it randomly rolls a number between the area of spawn, this is the max rolls the spawner will try to find a place to spawn, high numbers will cause performance problems
  • spawnerDrops => what drops the spawner will drop when breaked
  • extendedLogs => enable the logs, use this for checking the lightLevel or try to find the reason for some bug or problem with the spawner.
