Fixes:

  • Adds a dedicated foundation_central credential reference to Global Config defaults and selectors.
  • Labels Cluster Create, Imaging Only, and Site Deploy credentials as Foundation Central credentials where the upstream YAML still uses pc_credential.
  • Adds preflight validation for missing or empty workflow credential references before runtime ZTF reaches Foundation Central.
  • Helps prevent Cluster Create from reaching CreateCluster with missing Foundation Central credentials and failing with HTTP 401.
