我和你一样，也出现了这个报错：E_FAIL （0x80004005）。然后在网上找到了解决方法，但不知道是什么原理。
去设置里面把声音关掉就可以了。
1、先退出virtualbox 接下来打开 任务管理器 把virtualbox的两个进程关了。
2、以管理员身份运行virtualbox
3、进入设置，点控制按钮

4、打开设置

5、在音频（或者声音）把启用声音关闭。
