fix: refresh vue custom layout after sort

Summary

• Fix [Bug] vue模式下的group组件开启了:vue="{}" 的自定义渲染标签后，内部接收到的数据在排序后不会发生变化 #5150: refresh Vue custom layout DOM vnode content when DOM containers are reused after sort/reorder.
• Add dedicated Vue demo: Issue5150CustomLayoutSort.vue.

Validation

• PASS: packages/vue-vtable rushx compile.
• BLOCKED: Vue demo runtime loading is blocked by current develop vrender/vrender-kits export mismatch in Vite.
• BLOCKED: normal push hook is blocked by local Rush link state: Link flag invalid. Did you run rush install or rush update?
